  • Islamic mediation is a process in which the mediator helps two parties or more reach a mutual/joint agreement that is consistent with Islamic law and acceptable to the involved parties. This process is helpful for parties who have differences, disputes, or conflicting views over a wide range of issues, including, but not limited to:

    1. Marital disputes

    2. Financial disputes

    3. Child custody, support, & visitation

    4. Alimony

    5. Post-divorce financial agreement

    6. Community disputes
